We’re hiring a Producer (Programming) at Baccanalia.
This is a role for someone who wants to build real programmes in real places, not just plan them.
Across our portfolio, you’ll take ownership of what audiences actually experience. That means shaping programme content, working directly with artists and communities, and ensuring what’s designed can actually be delivered.
This isn’t a purely creative role. You need to be able to:
- turn ideas into structured, deliverable programmes
- work within budgets and timelines
- contribute to commercial outcomes
- operate as part of a team delivering live events
We’re not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a desk developing concepts in isolation. We are looking for someone who understands that:
- programmes need to work for audiences
- ideas only matter if they translate into delivery
- public-facing work comes with real constraints
You’ll be working across towns and communities, shaping programmes that respond to place, within a system that expects clarity, accountability and delivery.
If that sounds like your kind of role, take a look at the job description and get in touch.
