Our name, Baccanalia, pays homage to the Roman god of a good time, Bacchus. It was the festival-loving Romans who once settled in Bishop Auckland, and we are determined to reignite their passion for parties in our region.

As one of the founding companies behind Bishop Auckland's beloved Christmas Town, we have a deep connection to our community. We take pride in producing exceptional events for our clients, such as the remarkable Jubilee celebrations in 2022, organised on behalf of the Town Council. Additionally, we curate unforgettable night-time experiences, including the highly popular Street Food Market and The Cabaret Club, showcasing alternative entertainment that ranges from drag performances to musical comedy and variety acts.
